Thomas Dambo is an artist based in Denmark. He makes sculptures and installations out of recycled and reclaimed materials in an effort to inspire people to have fun and to think of "trash" as a valuable resource. Among his artwork are more than 130 large trolls/giants made out of reclaimed wood. The trolls are located in many countries across the world.
As of August 2025, I have visited three. If I see more, I will add them here and the post will rise to the top of the list after I've updated it. So, you may see this post from time to time with a new troll added.
Jakob Two Trees - Issaquah, WA
I like Jakob's placement and interaction with the trees.

Rita The Rock Planter - Victor, CO
Rita being on her hands and knees pushing a pile of rocks into a hole emulates more action than the other trolls I've visited.
