I hiked two different trails totaling almost eight miles. I couldn't get enough of the otherworldly formations of diverse colors including red, black, white, yellow. The texture of the dirt and rocks also varied greatly.
I enjoyed walking through narrow canyons and following water drainage and washouts. It was equally interesting looking down from above, being surrounded by the columns and walls, getting an up-close look, and viewing everything from afar.
