This 6.5-mile out-and-back trail was the most tiring hike so far. I had to stop many times on the switchbacks while climbing up to Upper Cascade Head Overlook.

The highlight was seeing more than ten harrier hawks and one eagle flying overhead. The hawks would come down low and skim over the ground looking for prey.
If only I hadn't been overzealous in deleting as I lost those of the birds while reviewing the day's photos.
I'm still kicking myself.
